Training on the topic “Team building”
Training on the topic “Team building” was conducted by the teacher of the department “Vocational Education” Mukhitdinova I.N. with the professional psychologist from Westminster International University in Tashkent Mr. Jallilov Farruh for students of the 1st course of the Credit and Economics faculty.
During the training different methods and exercises were done to train students to work in teams and rally their team spirit.
After the training, students learned to listen and understand each other and developed their communicational skills. Moreover, now they know how to concentrate on important things and most importantly, they are able to work as one.
