The working groups will be able to carry out their work in the period from July 15 to August 5 (transfer of students' education for excuse reasons (when moving from one territory to another for permanent residence or marriage, when spouse or parents change military service, (husband) returns from public service - from December 20, 201 to January 20, 2019) every day from 900 to 1700 (Sunday - holidays, Saturdays - from 900 to 1500).

In cases where 5 to 10 years of schooling (military service, child restraint, and rehabilitation period are not included in this term) are resumed, the higher education institution is authorized by the relevant ministries and departments (Ministries Appendix 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 393 of 20.06.2017, para. 35).

In the course of formalization or re-registration of the students, the rector of the higher educational institution should define the procedure and timing (within the current semester) of the academic dues or differences in curricula and programs (differences in general and specialized (specialized) subjects in the curriculum) (in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers № 393 dated 20.06.2017, Annex 3, Regulation, item 10).
