On April 20, 2022 inter-university scientific-methodical conference on the topic "Problems and prospects of foreign language education" was organized by "Foreign Languages" department in the conference hall of Tashkent Institute of Finance.

The conference was opened by A.Kh. Islamkulov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of TIF.

The chairman of "Foreign Languages" department PhD, Associate Professor F.Saidova made a speech on the topic "Formation of a communicative competition in training foreign language", Associate Professor of the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, DSc F.I. Ikramkhanova made a speech on the topic "Foreign experience in foreign language education", Associate Professor of Tashkent State Law University, Ph.D. S.T. Akobirova made a speech on the topic "Foreign language education in the credit-module system: problems and solutions", Associate Professor of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, PhD Kh.A.Sarimsakov made a speech on the topic "The sequence of formation of financial terms in the country", Associate Professor of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, PhD M.A.Nazarova made a presentation on the topic "Artificial intelligence as a tool for translators."

The plenary session was attended by teachers and students of higher education institutions of Tashkent. The conference continued in the afternoon in the branches. The scientific-practical conference was held at a high scientific level.
