Tashkent Institute of Finance hosts awarding ceremony of recipients of state scholarships named after the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and "Rector's Scholarship"

In order to identify talented young people, expansion their participation in science Olympiads, increase  their interest in scientific activities, as well as to implement   PQ-4433  "On measures to attract young people to science and support their initiatives", on February 25  Tashkent Institute of Finance awarded the winners of the  scholarship of the Republic of Uzbekistan ,   winners of online science Olympiads and other competitions held by the departments for a meaningful winter vacation of students.







The event was attended by the leadership of the institute, professors, fellow students and their parents, as well as representatives of the media.





Today, the Tashkent Institute of Finance is working to increase the interest of students in science, to support their scientific activities, to strengthen the tradition of "teacher-student" with professors and teachers working at the institute. As a result of these efforts, university students are achieving great success not only in the Republic, but also internationally.











It is worth mentioning that this year 6 students of the Tashkent Institute of Finance became the owners of state and named scholarships. In particular: 1 student from master's degree, 1 bachelor's degree student were awarded the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1 student was awarded the Islam Karimov Scholarship, and 3 students were awarded the Navoi State Scholarship. Also, for the first time in the institute, the Rector's scholarship was introduced, and 7 students received this scholarship. In addition, another student of the Tashkent Financial Institute won the Republican competition “Student of the Year”. In order to provide students with meaningful leisure time during the winter holidays, the Institute held online science Olympiads, in which 69 students won.
