According to the decree of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sultanali Umaraliyevich Mekhmonov has been appointed Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Tashkent Institute Finance.

Sultanali Mekhmonov was born in 1974 in the Kyrgyz Republic. In 1996 he graduated from Tashkent State Agrarian University.

Academic degree and title: Doctor of Economics, Professor.

He has conducted research at a number of prestigious foreign universities, including the University of Economics in Bucharest (Romania), the University of Economics in Krakow (Poland), and the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Russia).

Prior to that, he worked as Vice Rector for Scientific Research and Innovation at Tashkent Institute of Finance.





According to the decree of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Alimnazar Khudjamuratovich Islamkulov has been appointed Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of Tashkent Institute of Finance.

Alimnazar Islamkulov was born in 1980 in  Surkhandarya region. In 2005 he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Finance.

Academic degree and title: Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor.

He has conducted research at prestigious foreign higher educational institutions, including the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences (Germany), the Basel Institute of Management (Switzerland), and the National Institute of Human Resource Management (NHI) (South Korea).

Until now, he has been the head of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
