As a result of measures taken to develop the scientific electronic journal "International Finance and Accounting" of the Tashkent Institute of Finance and to increase its influence at the international level, this journal was included in the international SJIF (Scientific Journal Impact Factor) platform. The Impact Factor (SJIF 2022) of the journal was positively evaluated as 4.322.
In the near future, in order to increase the citation level of the articles published in this journal, practical work is underway to include them in other internationally recognized scientific databases.
It is known that on June 27 of this year in the conference hall of the magnificent hotel “Hilton Tashkent City” in Tashkent, a prestigious international conference on the theme "Prospects for the development of insurance activity in the implementation of the development strategy of New Uzbekistan" was held in cooperation with the Insurance Market Development Agency under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent institute of finance and the export-import insurance company "Uzbekinvest".
Within this international conference, many meetings, dialogues, practical seminars and master classes are held with the participation of guests from foreign countries.
One of these meetings was held on June 29, 2022 at the Tashkent institute of finance with the participation of Professor T.A. Verezubova, Head of the Department of the Belarusian State University of Economics, Doctor of Economical Sciences.

At this meeting, which was essentially a master class, T.A. Verezubova gave interesting information about the educational directions and master's specialties being prepared at the Belarusian State University of Economics, subjects taught, and the organization of the educational process.

In our country, today the constitutional reform has entered an active stage. The deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdullaev Ilkhom Zoirovich and Aminov Nosirjon Khasanbayevich took part in the action to bring these reforms to the attention of the institute staff and the general public. In their presentation, they informed that the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan considered draft constitutional laws concerning amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, developed by a group of deputies of the Legislative Chamber, as well as the Jokargy Kengash of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on the basis of more than 60 thousand proposals received over the past month by the Constitutional Commission formed by By a joint resolution of the Kengashes of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On June 27, 2022 an international scientific-practical conference was held on "Prospects for the development of insurance in the implementation of the development strategy of new Uzbekistan" in the conference hall of the Hilton Tashkent City Hotel in Tashkent.
This international conference was organized within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Tashkent Institute of Finance and Uzbekinvest Export-Import Insurance Company.
The conference focused on the implementation of the tasks set by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 28, 2022 PD-60 "On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026", in particular, the transformation of sectors and rapid development of entrepreneurship, further improving the investment climate and its attractiveness. It was noted that it is important to increase the role of insurance, which is an important component of the financial sector, to increase the export potential of the country through the active continuation of the system of support for exporting enterprises, to provide quality insurance services to legal entities and individuals.
The purpose of the conference is to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations for the development of insurance in the implementation of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy. To achieve this goal, the conference identified tasks such as exchange of views, development of proposals and recommendations on the basis of lively discussions on consistent development of the real sector of the economy, strengthening the attraction of foreign and domestic investments, creative application of international experience in the protection of small business and private entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, improving the quality and scope of insurance services to citizens, "insurance culture" to increase the number of insurance companies, improve the prudential norms of insurance market regulation and ensure the digitalization of insurance activities and information security.

The conference continued in the afternoon, divided into four sections. The Government of the Republic has radically reformed the insurance market, transformed large state-owned insurance companies, ensured openness and transparency of insurance companies, introduced international standards of state regulation and supervision of professional insurance market participants, and most importantly, ensured the interests of consumers. It was noted that a number of positive steps are being taken to ensure the protection of the people.
At the same time, foreign scholars and experts who spoke at the international conference noted that the integration of the Uzbek economy into the world economy, the growing global risks, the international insurance community, experts and analysts of the industry have a number of important tasks.
Аbout 200 specialists, experts and analysts attended at the conference. In particular, the participants of the conference were impressed by the speeches of scientists and experts from Poland, Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
Representatives of Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Finance and Insurance Market Development Agency, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, Association of Professional Insurance Market Participants of Uzbekistan, Uzagrosugurta, Kafolat and Gross Insurance also participated at the conference. Managers and employees of more than 40 insurance companies participated.
Professors, researchers and students of the Tashkent Institute of Finance, Westminster International University in Tashkent, Tashkent State University of Economics, Banking and Finance Academy also took part in the conference.
It is planned to acquaint foreign guests with the architectural monuments of Samarkand and Bukhara within the framework of the conference.
