Azizov Ulugbek Uktamovich was born in 1976.He has a high economic education, candidate of economic sciences, docent.
From 1998 to 2011, he worked in the Bank sphere of the Republic of Uzbekistan (during 1998 and 2005 at the same time as a nontenured lecturer of Banking department at Tashkent Institute of Finance).
In 2005-2007 studied for master’s degree at Yokogama National university of Japan.
He worked as a senior advisor at Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2011-2012, a the Rector of Tashkent Institute of Finance in 2012-2015,Head of Information-Analytical Department on issues of education, health, physical culture, sports and tourism at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2015-2016.
He worked as a senior advisor; Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2011-2012, a the Rector of Tashkent Institute of Finance in 2012-2015, Head of Information-Analytical Department on issues of education, health, physical culture, sports and tourism at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2015-2016.

Kuziev Islom Nematovich was born in Dustlik district of Jizzakh region in 1973.
He has scientific degree in economics. Doctor of Economics, docent.
In 1995 he graduated Tashkent Institute of Finance in the specialisation “Accounting, control and analyses” with honoured diploma.
From 1995 to 1998 he studied at the post-graduate course of Tashkent Institute of Finance.
From 1999 to 2001 he worked as an assistant of the department “Accounting and control” of Tashkent Institute of Finance.
In 2001 he successfully defended his PhD dissertation on the topic “Improving accounting and control of production costs in the cotton industry”.
During 2001-2004 he worked as a senior teacher and 2004 to 2006 he worked as a docent of “Accounting” department of Tashkent Institute of Finance.
From 2006 to 2013 he worked as a deputy head of the department “Magistracy” of Tashkent Institute of Finance.
From 2013 to 2016 he was the head of “Audit” department of Tashkent Institute of Finance.
In 2017 he successfully defended his doctoral thesis on the topic “Improving methodology of drafting and generalizing audit reports in the conditions of modernization of the economy”.
Since January 13, 2017, he has been working as a Vice-Rector of the Tashkent institute of finance on Academic Affairs, and also since December 29, 2018 as Chairman of the Academic Council of the Tashkent institute of finance DSc No. 27.06.2017.I.17.01.

Karimkulov Jasur Imomboyevich was born on 22 December 1982 year in Parkent district of Tashkent region. His nationality is uzbek, he has high education.
In 2004, J.Karimkulov graduated from Tashkent financial institute "Finance-economics" with bachelor's degree, in 2006 - specialty "Securities and Exchange Business".
From 2003 to 2004 she worked as an instructor at the Kamolot Public Youth Movement of Tashkent Financial Institute. From 2005 to 2006 she worked as a lecturer at the Banking Business Department of Tashkent Banking College.
2013-2015 - Acting Assistant Professor at the Department of Finance and Securities 2013-2015, Deputy Head of the Department of "Master's Degree Program" Dean of the Faculty of Budget Accounting and Public Funds,
In addition, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on 08.00.07 - "Finance, money circulation and credit" in 2012. He has published more than 10 manuals, more than 30 scientific articles and theses in magazines of the Republic and foreign countries and international conferences.
J.Karimkulov speaks Russian and English perfectly.
In 2014, she trained and shared her experience at the University of Economics and Management in the Czech Republic.

Mukhamedov Farhod Tursunbayevich

Mukhamedov Farhod Tursunboyevich was born in 1983, September 10th, in Syrdarya region, Syrdarya district. Nationality: Uzbek, high-educated.
F.Mukhamedov graduated from Tashkent Financial Institute, “Finance-Economy” faculty in 2004. In 2006 he obtained Master’s Degree in “Securities and Exchange Business ” specialization. In 2007 he started his work as an assistant at “Securities Market” department of Tashkent Financial Institute. During 2007-2012 he worked as an assistant teacher, further as a senior teacher at “Financial engineering and markets” department. He also worked as deputy head on scientific affairs of the magistracy department.
In 2012-2014, F.Mukhamedov worked as a senior teacher, associate professor at “State finance and taxes” department of Tashkent State University of Economics and he was a Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business, from June 26, 2014 he was Dean of the Faculty of Management.
On August 26, 2014 F. Mukhamedov was appointed as a Vice-rector on spiritual- enlightenment affairs of Tashkent Financial Institute. While working in pedagogic field F.Mukhamedov successfully defended his candidate’s dissertation on the topic “Improving trade systems of securities in Uzbekistan” and gained the position of candidate of Economic sciences. In the previous period F.Mukhamedov co-authored 12 textbooks and more than 40 scientific articles and theses. F.Muhamedov is currently working as a Vice -Rector for Youth Affairs.
F.Mukhamedov improved his professional skills at Life Science University in Czech Republic. He participated in the Erasmus + Staff week exchange program in Dubrovnik University in Croatia in 2018 and in partnerships with the Russian Ural State University of Economics.
Married, he has two children.
