The Republican Open Armwrestling Championship was held on January 29-30, 2021 in cooperation with the Sports Center of the Ministry of Defense and the Armwrestling Federation of Uzbekistan.

  The team of Tashkent Financial Institute under the leadership of Karimov Fakhriddin Khurramovich (team coach) and Mukhametov Ahmad Mukhametovich (referee) deservedly took part in this competition.

   According to the results of the championship, Eldarbek Bekmuratov, a student of the 1st stage of the group MMT-80, Faculty of Finance, in the weight 80 kg. category, won 3rd in the left hand and 2nd in the right hand, Nodir Toshpulatov, 1st year student of the group MMT-81, Faculty of Finance, took 1st place in the weight category 75 kg. in the left hand, Shohrukhjon Hamiddullaev 1st stage student of SS-34 group of the Taxes and insurance faculty won 1st place in the right hand and 2nd place in the left hand in the weight category +80 kg., Otabek Salimov, a student of the 1st stage of HBA-80 group, Faculty of Accounting and Auditing. took 3rd place in the left hand in the weight category+85 kg, Bahrom Yakhshibaev 2nd stage student of the group BI-50 of Banking faculty won 1st place in the right hand in the weight category 55 kg. They successfully defended the honor of our institute.

  The rector of our institute Teshabaev Tolqin Zakirovich sincerely congratulated the champions and wished them success in their future studies and work.
