On October 27, 2020, at 11:00, the Department of Budget Accounting and Treasury held an international scientific online seminar on the topic "Improving the management of public financial resources".

    The seminar was attended by the vice-rector for educational work of the institute prof. A.Tuychiev, vice-rector for scientific and innovative work prof. S.Mehmonov, head of the department "Audit" prof. I.Kuziev, Professor of the Audit Department B.Khamdamov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Institute U.Rajabov, also Professor of the Department of Public Finance of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation O.Makashina, professors and teachers of the Institute, students of the bachelor's degree program budget.

    During a three-hour event in the format of the “Visiting Professor” program, O.Makashina made a presentation on “The reliability of public sector financial statements”. The report aroused great interest among the participants of the event and ended with discussions.
