PERSONNEL TRAINING IN COOPERATION:
EDUCATION WILL SERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE
On July 29, 2020, an online meeting aimed at training in cooperation was held between the administration of Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics.
At this online meeting, an agreement was reached on the organization of a joint faculty of TIF-TSULBP at the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics. In particular, negotiations were held between partner higher educational establishments on the implementation of the 3 + 1 program in the directions of bachelor's degree, 1 + 1 programs in the specialties of magistracy.
A summary of the work done in 2018-2020 as part of the implementation of the agreement on academic mobility between Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics was heard at the online meeting.
The projects of the following organizational and regulatory documents aimed at increasing the efficiency of academic mobility were discussed during the online meeting of the rectors of partner universities, namely:
- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics;
- Agreement on joint training of personnel between the Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics;
- Regulations on the joint faculty of the Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics;
- "Roadmap" for the further development of cooperation between the Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics for 2020/2021.
The administration of Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics noted the centuries-old friendship and good neighborliness of the peoples of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, a single unique religion, similar culture, traditions and customs, prospects for cooperation in the field of education and science. In the last decades of the 21st century, the world is undergoing a process of intensive changes in the higher education system, in particular:
- Expansion of enrollment in higher education in the countries of the world, including Uzbekistan and Tajikistan;
- the attractiveness of the higher education system is determined by the level of its globalization;
- the need for accelerated introduction of digital education and innovative technologies;
- the need to further improvement of the quality of education and academic culture;
- at the same time, they expressed confidence that cooperation will determine the prospects of the Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, and a factor in the rapid transformation of partner higher educational establishments into centers of innovation and technological development, which are sources of knowledge and research centers.
