Event on the topic “Guarantee of Electoral Law and Constitution”
On December 6, 2019, a spiritual and educational event on the topic “Guarantee of Electoral Law and Constitution” was organized by Economics faculty and the Department of Economics. Associate Professor of the Department of Organization and Management of the Prosecutor's Office of the Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Law. G.R.Malikova participated at the event. She gave information about the constitution, held a discussion.
The Constitution is the main legal document of each country. Its provisions set forth not only the principles of state structure, organization of state power and administration, but also the norms of the country's socio-economic life. The Constitution enshrines the basic ideas and rules that are important for all other applicable laws. Freedom, equality, justice, pluralism of ideas and opinions, the emergence of power through elections, as well as the rights and freedoms of citizens that make up an important principle of the Constitution.
