On May 22 of the current year, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing, PhD Sobirzhonov Sanjar Sobirzhonovich, organized a master class for students of the Faculty of Economics. The event was attended by the senior lecturer of the department "Management and Marketing" H. Shodmonov and the teacher of the department "Banking" I. Yuldasheva.


 

During the event, Sanjar Sobirzhonovich Sobirzhonov spoke about the importance of leadership in ensuring free competition and the well-being of the population, the effective organization of management activities in organizations and enterprises in the context of the rapid growth of the economy of our country. Also, that leaders should have a system of thinking about the interaction of internal relations in organizations with the external environment, embody universal qualities and managerial skills, which should be the image of a leader.
 

At the end of the event, students received detailed answers to their questions. This master class serves to acquire managerial knowledge and leadership potential of students in the future.
