As part of the events planned as part of the Summer University 2022 project organized in the city of Krasnoyarsk, Russian Federation, the students of the Tashkent Institute of Finance got acquainted with the activities of the Institute of Gastronomy at the Siberian Federal University, which is the only one in the Russian Federation.





In the process of learning about the activities of the Institute of Gastronomy, the students received information about doing business in the field of gastronomy and the basic rules and concepts that must be followed in it. The students also got acquainted with the rules for receiving guests in the field of gastronomy, the processes for preparing non-alcoholic drinks and the processes for preparing national dishes of different people and tried them out in practice.





The students and teachers of the Tashkent Institute of Finance actively participated in these processes and received certificates.
