Today, the Tashkent Institute of Finance is working to accelerate intellectual development, train competitive personnel, effectively organize scientific and innovative activities and strengthen international cooperation. It has also launched efforts to integrate science, education and industry. In particular, on September 11, 2021 a branch of the department of "Audit" of the Tashkent Institute of Finance was opened in the international audit organization "GRANT THORNTON". Rector of the institute T. Teshabayev, vice-rector for academic affairs A. Toychiyev, dean of the faculty "Accounting and Auditing" D.Rustamov, head of the audit organization "GRANT THORNTON" N. Karimov, as well as heads of departments, professors, media representatives and students took part in the event. The purpose of opening a branch of the department is to strengthen the integration of science, education and production in manufacturing enterprises, to provide students not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills, deep acquisition of modern audit knowledge in accordance with international standards.

It should be noted that GRANT THORNTON is an international auditing organization with a high rating in the country and is a member of the international network. In this audit organization, special attention is paid to students. We hope that this branch will make an important contribution to the introduction of innovative scientific achievements in the field of auditing, advanced foreign experience in the education system. We are confident that all such cooperation initiatives will be the basis for the training of potential personnel in our country on the basis of IFRS.
