On April 14, a round table dedicated to the life and work of great thinkers and statesmen was held at the Tashkent Financial Institute.

Kh.M. Shennaev, head of the department of insurance and pension provision of the institute, Farogat Khudoykulova, member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, chairman of the association, a talented poet, Nargiza Asadova, head of the youth department of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan were present.

The event began with a direct honoring of the great thinker and statesman. In particular, the scientific discoveries of Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi, the founder of algebra, fundamental research, the books of Ahmad Fergani served as a guide for scientists around the world for centuries, and his book "Fundamentals of Astronomy" was translated into Latin and Hebrew in the twelfth century, and then republished in many countries including Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the United States. 

At the end of the event, students read poems written by the poet.
