On October 11, 2022, the Department of Management and Marketing held an event on the topic “The specifics of the socio-psychological characteristics of the formation of managerial qualities among young leaders” as part of the week of the department. As part of the event, Associate Professor of the Department, Ph.D. Sobirzhanov Sanjar Sobirzhanovich delivered a speech: “Due to the rapid and radical changes in the socio-economic life of our country, the need for young professional personnel is increasing, so young specialists must have sufficient theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of management to lead the team.”
 

t was also discussed that the development of our country, its strength and potential largely depend on the height and purity of the spirituality of the people, intellectual literacy, knowledge, creativity, initiative and patriotism of our intelligentsia and youth.
