On November 24, an international scientific-practical conference was conducted at the Tashkent Financial Institute in cooperation with the Department of Uzbek and Russian Languages and the Department of Foreign Languages on the topic of "Issues of using modern technologies of teaching foreign languages in non-philological higher educational institutions".

This international scientific-practical conference was opened by N.N. Oblomuradov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of the Tashkent Financial Institute.

Maltseva, senior teacher of the Department of English of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Egorova Maria Ruslanovna, Y.V. Lukina, senior teacher of the Department of English at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Y.S. Kokanova, head of the main department of technology and translation automation of the AKM-West translation agency of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M. Lomonosov, Uzbekistan's state world languages G.H.Nurmatovalar, professor of the "Theoretical Sciences of English" department of the university, actively participated with their presentations.

Representatives from foreign countries such as Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, and Turkey participated through the Zoom platform.

Later, they worked in sections such as modern technologies of foreign language teaching, language teaching methodology, comparative lexicography, comparative linguistics and translation theory, gender linguistics: feminatives.
The international scientific-practical conference was held at a high level, and according to its results, a resolution will be adopted, and a collection of conference materials will be published.
