At the invitation of the Andijan regional administration, on April 7-8-9, 2023, members of the working group led by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation A.Islamkulov, Head of the Department for Commercialization of Scientific and Innovative Developments N.Mavlanov, Professor of the Department of Taxes and Taxation S. Shirinov, Associate Professor of the Department of "Economic Analysis" A.Abdullayev, Associate Professor of the Department of "Finance" I.Jumaniyazov, also a teacher of the Department of "Evaluation work and investments" S.Khoshimov visited the Bustan district.



During the trip, members of the working group conducted interviews with specialists from relevant complex areas in order to assess the socio-economic situation of the Bustan district, made field trips to the leading industrial facilities, held conversations with the khakim’s assistants in order to identify additional factors of economic growth in microdistricts, and generated an information base for determining the growth drivers of the microdistrict.




The chairman and members of the working group met with the khakim of Andijan region Sh. Abdurakhmanov and discussed the upcoming work on assessing the socio-economic situation of the Bustan district.



At the end of the business trip, was reached an agreement on concluding a contract in the amount of 600.0 million soums for assessing the socio-economic situation of 6 districts falling into the 5th category of the region.
