On April 11, a video selector meeting dedicated to measures to increase the effectiveness of work in the field of youth policy was held. A special attention was paid to providing quality education to young people, vocational training and ensuring their employment, and a number of important tasks were defined during the event .
 

In order to ensure the implementation of these tasks, to provide information about available vacancies to students and young professionals graduating from the institute, and to ensure their employment, the "Career Day" job fair was organized at Tashkent Institute of Finance on April 14^TH .
 

The main customer organizations of the institute, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and more than 150 other enterprises and organizations (commercial banks, insurance companies, private sector organizations, associations) participated in this job fair.
 

The main purpose of organizing the event is to provide information about available vacancies to students of Tashkent Institute of Finance and young professionals graduating from the institute and to ensure their employment.
 

In the previous  2021-2022 academic year, a total of 1,255 graduates graduated from Tashkent Institute of Finance, and 98.5% of these graduates were employed. In the current academic year, 1992 graduates will graduate from the institute. The distribution of these graduates to jobs has been completed, and now the work of distributing 3rd year students to jobs is being carried out.
 

About 5,000 students of the institute participated in the "Career Day" job fair.
 

Officials of employing enterprises and organizations participated in the event with display equipment and information on job vacancies, and held recruitment contests with applicants. 100 students who successfully passed these competitions were presented with the Certificates of Organizations on employment. In addition, the references (lenses) of 3,000 students who participated in the first stage of the competition were taken for study by the representatives of the employing enterprises and organizations, and it was emphasized that they would provide information about the results. Students and graduates of the institute found answers to all the questions they were interested in regarding employment, in particular, they had the opportunity to get acquainted with information about available vacancies in the employer's enterprise or organization, working and household-cultural conditions there, and salary amounts during  this event.
 

In turn, the enterprises and organizations that participated in the event had the opportunity to have a direct conversation with the students, to select the personnel they need for work, and to sign mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.
 

Students participating in the "Career Day" job fair held at Tashkent Institute of Finance, got interesting offers, and we are sure that the event will be the next successful step in their future professional growth.
