In accordance with the Regulation "On Post-Higher Education" approved by the decision No. 304 of  22 May 2017 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan , for admission to independent research  at the institute  interview processes are taking place on specialties , 08.00.07-"Finance, money transactions"and credit", 08.00.08-"Accounting, economic analysis and audit" .
 

The applicant for independent research shall apply to the institute with the attached documents through the Single electronic system - the single electronic system of coordination of post-secondary education (https://phd.mininnovation.uz/) and the interview process will be allowed when all the documents are complete in the established order.

For information: independent research - post-higher education in the specialty of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, which is organized without separation from production for applicants for Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Science (DSc).
 

The selection of applicants for independent research  is carried out in the period up to the third month of each quarter according to the results of the interview on the specialty and the relevant conclusion of the admission commission at the scientific organization or educational institution.

In accordance with the order of the rector of the institute No. 309 of August 17, 2023, the composition of the institute's admission commission and appeal commission for admission to independent studies from the IV quarter of 2023 and the time and place of the interview on specialized subjects are confirmed.
 

In order to organize a fair and transparent interview process with applicants for independent research, the entire process is recorded on video.

Based on the relevant conclusion of the admission commission of the institute, the list of applicants accepted for independent follow-up is formalized by the order of the rector.
