On January 11 of this year, a scientific and practical seminar was organized on the topic "A woman scientist: ways to achieve success in science" at the "Digital finance" acceleration and incubation center at the initiative of the Council of Women Scientists of the Tashkent Financial Institute.










 

The event was opened by N. Oblomuradov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of the institute. In the scientific-practical seminar, honored professors and teachers of the institute and experienced female scientists Sh.Abdullayeva, D.Tadzhiboyeva, F.Nazarova, N.Yunusova, F.Khamidova taught with their efforts and achievements in the path of science, life experiences and teachings. They became an example and role model for the young female doctoral students and researchers who got acquainted and entered the path of science.

During the event, a motivational creative game organized by Sh. Davirova, associate professor of the "Banking" department, brought together experienced women scientists and young researchers under a single idea.
 

Female professors and doctoral students who actively participated in the work of the seminar were presented with incentive awards by the head of the Women's Council of the institute B. Nurmukhamedova.
 

This scientific-practical seminar, based on the idea that "conquering the heights of science requires work, hard work and dedication", was meaningful and beneficial in all respects.
