On November 2, 2022, in order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP-307 dated July 6, 2022 “On organizational measures for the implementation of the Strategy for Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026”, a presentation of the electronic program “Priceme. uz" - a single portal for property valuation.







The presentation was attended by Khusanov N., Director of the Department for Evaluation and Coordination of Real Estate Activities of the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and relevant employees of the agency, Agzamov A., expert of the Ministry of Information Development of Technologies and Communications, Ubaidullaev F., Head of the Certification Department of the DUK "Cybersecurity" » Islamov A., Chairman of the Association of Appraisal Organizations of Uzbekistan Mirsoatov F., Chairman of the Society of Appraisers, Experts and Consultants of Uzbekistan V Gazieva, representatives of the Appraisal Company, as well as Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the Tashkent Financial Institute A. At the presentation, extensive discussions were held on the introduction of an electronic program for a unified property valuation portal “Priceme.uz”. As a result of the discussions, the sequence of implementation and ways for further cooperation were agreed.
