On February 10, 2023, at the Department of Management and Marketing, as part of the week of the department dedicated to the 540th anniversary of the birth of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, a discussion was held on the topic "Great figures who will live forever in our hearts" . During the interview, S. Sobirjonov, N. Aliyeva, K. Murotmusaev and M. Kholdorov said that in recent years the attitude towards our great ancestors has risen to a higher level than ever before and that they should study them spiritually and enlighteningly. It was noted that attention has increased, in particular, today, as a number of events are being held aimed at a deep study of the life and work of our great figure Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, the preservation of his scientific and cultural heritage and raising the work to a new level of popularization.

In particular, during the conversation, the Founder and author of the international program "Physical and mental health in understanding" Komiljon Murotmusaev Boriboevich touched on the importance of books and reading in the formation of high spirituality in the hearts of students and youth, and the importance of reading among young people to study the demand for books that serve to increase intellectual level, features of the formation of leadership qualities in the student-youth period, factors influencing the improvement of the qualities of openness and communication, and the leader phenomenon.

Also, Associate Professor of the Department, PhD Sobirjonov Sanjar Sobirjonovich emphasized that our great ancestors left an indelible mark on world history not only with their scientific and creative activities, but also with their activities in the field of national statehood and the formation of a just society.
