Key Features:

Accessible Buildings: All main buildings are equipped with ramps and elevators to facilitate easy access for individuals using wheelchairs or those with mobility issues. Special areas (ramps) have been constructed at the entrances of the university buildings and student residences to facilitate the movement of individuals with disabilities. Additionally, doorways and corridors have been widened to ensure that wheelchair users can navigate the buildings comfortably. Signage in Braille is also provided throughout the campus to assist visually impaired individuals.

Adapted Classrooms: Classrooms are designed with adjustable furniture and equipment to cater to the needs of students with physical disabilities. Special seating arrangements are also made to ensure comfort and accessibility.

Assistive Technology: The institute provides assistive technology such as screen readers, voice recognition software, and other devices to support students with visual or hearing impairments.

Dedicated Support Services: A dedicated office for disability support services is available to assist students and staff with any specific needs or accommodations. This office provides guidance, resources, and support to ensure that everyone can fully participate in academic and extracurricular activities.

Inclusive Restrooms: Restrooms across the campus are designed to be accessible, with features such as handrails and wider stalls to accommodate individuals with disabilities

Transportation Services: The institute offers transportation services with specially adapted vehicles to assist students and staff with disabilities in commuting to and from the campus.

Access to Information Resource Center: There are also access corridors to the Information Resource Center for students with disabilities, and there are 86 copies of audio textbooks prepared by professors and teachers of the institute, as well as posters with state symbols in Braille.

Training and Awareness Programs: Regular training sessions and awareness programs are conducted to educate the institute's community about disability inclusion and to foster a supportive environment.

Counseling and Mental Health Support: The institute provides counseling services to support the mental health and well-being of students and staff with disabilities, ensuring they have access to the necessary emotional and psychological support.
