In order to further increase the efficiency of scientific research and scientific-innovative activity in the Andijan Faculty of the Tashkent Financial Institute, the working group of the institute's professors and teachers is working. Today, professors and teachers are working in the departments of "Social and Humanities" and "Specialized Sciences" under the authority of the Andijan faculty in a total of 35 state units.

"Effective organization of scientific research and innovation activities" was organized during the work of the working group by the head of the "Accounting" department of the Institute, professor A.Pardaev, and the head of the scientific department, K.Nasurova. A master class was organized on the topic of "achievement" and the issues of development of a "road map" aimed at further development of cooperation relations in this direction, increase of scientific potential and effectiveness of scientific and innovative activities were discussed.

During the dialogue, questions related to increasing the effectiveness of each professor-teacher's activity in the field of scientific research were answered, and relevant suggestions were formulated.
