Development of the personnel potential of the civil service and the formation of a personnel reserve
On February 24 of this year, a seminar was organized at the Tashkent Financial Institute by authorized employees of the Agency for the Development of Public Services of the Tashkent City Branch, Maryam Abdukarimova and Rustam Ruzikulov, for graduates of the Faculty of Finance on the topic “Development of the personnel potential of the civil service and the formation of a personnel reserve”.
The students were given lectures on the topics of entering the civil service, the attractiveness of the civil service, improving the competence of personnel, the formation of a national, potential and prospective reserve.
At the end of the event, answers were given to the questions asked by the students. Students' opinions about public service were heard.
