On March 10, 2020, an on-site lesson in the discipline “Taxation of Legal Entities” was organized according to the schedule of joint internships and on-site lesson at the State Tax Inspectorate of the Yunusabad district of Tashkent city under the supervision of senior teacher O.Shodiev for the 4-year students of the ST-40 group in the direction of the bachelor's program “Taxes and Taxation”. The on-site lesson was conducted by the head of the sector “Consultation on taxation” of the State Tax Inspectorate of the Yunusabad district Niyazov Mahammadjon Akbarovich. The theme of the on-site lesson was “Features of taxation of certain categories of taxpayers”

    In the context of this topic, M.Niyazov told students about the specifics of taxation of legal entities with the participation of direct private foreign investments, the taxation conditions of participants in special economic zones, the tax benefits provided to legal entities with the participation of direct private foreign investments, the procedure for applying tax benefits to participants of special economic zones, the procedure for taxing activities, carried out under the production sharing agreement, as well as the taxation mechanism of bar associations, law firms and lawyers.
