On October 18, 2022, the Department of Management and Marketing organized a training on the topic “Woman-leader in a male team. What should she be?!” in the 3rd student dormitory as part of the week of the department. As part of the training, the teachers of the department Sobirjonov S., Jalolova D., Khodjaeva Sh., Ilhomjonova F., Ziyaeva Sh. and Yakhshilikov S. congratulated the students on the upcoming October 21 "Uzbek Language Holiday" and mentioned that the advantage of science is that it increases as you use it and will definitely help you reach your goals faster.

In particular, during the training, Associate Professor, Ph.D. Sobirjonov Sanjar Sobirjonovich spoke about the charisma and style of a woman leader, the characteristics of an ideal woman leader, the advantages of a woman leader, modern approaches to managing a team as a woman leader, interaction with employees, methods of non-material incentives for employees were discussed.
 

Students who took an active part in the training were given books as souvenirs.
