A contest on the topic "The scholar of Human Rights" are orginizing for providing execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 12, 2023 "On the widespread celebration of the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights". 

The programme aims to consistently implement priority tasks aimed at demonstrating and implementing theoretical and practical knowledge of human rights among students and improving human rights legal literacy. The competition is designed to determine students' human rights knowledge, their level of study of scientific literature, including foreign periodicals and modern methods of scientific research.

The process of determining the winners of the nominations will take place in the following form:

1. The nomination of "Best Human Rights Scholar" of the Competition - approval in the form of a test consisting of 50 questions. Set the order in which each correct answer is evaluated from 2 balls.

2. The nomination of "Scholar of The Best Human Rights Universal Agreements" of the Competition - introduction in the form of a test consisting of 30 questions and a written essay.

3. The nomination of the Competition for "Legislative Proposals in the Field of Best Human Rights" is to accept presentations and written essays (in essay form) through the MS PowerPoint program.

4. The nomination of "Author of the Best Innovative Idea" of the Competition - ideas created in the direction of creating convenience for the population - is evaluated by the jury.
