On November 11, 2022, at the institute, the Department of Management and Marketing held an international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Innovative management in ensuring socio-economic stability: problems and solutions". Based on the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-60 dated January 28, 2022 “On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026”, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 7, 2022 No. 101. The event was attended by deputies of the Legislative Chamber Oliy Majlis, professors and teachers of prestigious foreign universities and economists, academicians, specialists, independent researchers, doctoral students and talented students.

In the introductory part of the conference, academician Gulyamov Saidakhror Saidakhmedovich, deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, professor Dzhumaev Nadir Khosiyatovich, head of the department of theory and practice of management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, professor Rakhimova Dilfuza, professor Nigmatovna, professor of the Tashkent city branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. DSc., Islamov Bakhtiyor Anvarovich, Director of the Department of Management Development of India, Ph.D. Binoy Joy Kattadiyil, Associate Professor at Curtin University Australia Osaro Aigbogun, Professor of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, DSc., Colonel Gabilov Sharif Rakhimovich, Head of Department, Tashkent International Westminster University, PhD. Kiran Prabha, Head of Management and Marketing, TMI DSc. Allayarov Shamsiddin Amanullaevich and Khusanov Azimjon Nozimjonovich, undergraduate of the Faculty of Management (on networks and sectors) M-5-group, delivered their lectures. The lectures were very informative and thought provoking.

The second half of the conference continued in the following fields of science:

1. Conceptual aspects of the implementation of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan.

2. Modern views and concepts of the theory of innovation management.

3. Modern management: problems and solutions.

4. Innovation management and its international experience in ensuring economic and financial stability.

5. Prospects for innovative development and economic management.

During the conference, issues related to innovative management in ensuring socio-economic stability and raising the level of the country's development were analyzed, and appropriate proposals were developed.
