The electronic textbook “Physical education and sports” prepared by F.Karimov, associate professor of the “Physical culture and sports activities” department, was developed.

This e-textbook is intended for undergraduate students in all higher educational institutions of our Republic. The relevance of this electronic textbook is that today there is a lack of electronic textbooks on physical education and sports science in higher education institutions, and at a time when the information technologies of the 21st century are developing, it enriches the theoretical knowledge skills of our students.

In this e-textbook, the modules on “Athletics”, “Sports Games”, “Gymnastics” and “Swimming” sports are reflected, the most important elements of the additional glossary apparatus: dictionary, Presentations, tests, materials for independent work are revealed. Students and young people can benefit from the knowledge, skills and abilities gained in the process of using this electronic textbook during their future professional activities.
