On January 30, 2020, the Department of Budget Accounting and Treasury Affairs held a scientific seminar on the topic “Reforms of the budgetary system management at the present stage and improvement of the treasury mechanism”. The scientific seminar was attended by: Dean of the faculty R.Saidov, head of the department “Budget Accounting and Treasury” I.Kuziev, teachers of the department, members of the scientific circle “Young Treasurer” and “Budget Controller” functioning at the department. The first deputy director of the training center of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Economics, Professor D.Kh.Pulatov attended the scientific seminar.

     The seminar addressed issues of effective organization of the treasury system under the “Results-Based Budget” regime and increasing the effectiveness of the strategic approach to fiscal policy formation to develop the medium-term budget framework and annual budget formation.
