Today (23.12.2019), National Export Import Insurance Company "UZBEKINVEST" organized the day of open doors to promote encouraging research activities in the insurance industry and further improving the insurance market on the topic "Developing Online Insurance and Innovative Insurance products for insurance companies in the transition to a digital economy" which was one of the directions specified in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 4412 dated August 2, 2019 .

Teachers of the Insurance and Pension Department of the Tashkent Institute of Finance Sh.Zakirhodjayeva, U.Maksudova, F.Khamrayeva and G.Adilova took part in the event. During the event, Sh.Zakirhodjayeva suggested holding a prize contest for the development of innovative insurance products. She noted that students of the Insurance educational direction can participate and offer their new ideas. G.Adilova offered to use Blockchain technology to introduce online insurance. During the interview a semiannual report of the National Export Insurance Company “UZBEKINVEST” was presented. It also highlighted the achievements and shortcomings.

At the end of the visit, the management of the National Export Import Insurance Company "UZBEKINVEST" informed the teachers about the recruitment of talented graduate students who are studying Insurance educational direction.
