On February 15, 2022, a meeting was held at the Tashkent Institute of Finance (TIF) with the H.E. Ambassador of Romania to Uzbekistan, Mr. Daniel-Cristian Ciobanu and Diplomatic Counselor Mrs. Luminita Ciobanu to expand mutually beneficial cooperation.

During the meeting, it was noted that over the past 3 years, about 10 talented students of the institute were studied under the exchange program at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), 1 master student of the partner university studied in the 1st semester at the Tashkent Institute Finance and 4 students who will be sent to study in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2021/2022 at a partner university.





At the end of the meeting, representatives of the diplomatic corps expressed their desire to support the further expansion of relations between TIF and leading Romanian universities, such as the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), as well as all efforts to implement a double degree program. Before the end of the current academic year, a delegation of the Institute is scheduled to visit Romania.
