On March 3, Managerial staff of Artel company and students held a roundtable discussion on the topic "Innovation and Development Strategy".  Rector of the institute Tolkin Teshabayev, vice-rector Sultanali Mehmonov and Deputy Director for Finance of Artel company Bektemir Murodov, professors and students took part in the event.

During the meeting, Bektemir Murodov, Artel's Deputy Chief Financial Officer, shared with the students his experience, his studential years and his thoughts on how to succeed in his field.

To encourage students, he said, “Don't be afraid to ask what you don't know. Always push forward. A clear plan and consistent action will lead to success”.

During the meeting, students asked many questions. Most of the questions were about getting a job at Artel. Answering these questions, Bektemir Murodov said that one should never back down and act boldly towards one's goal.

The purpose of this meeting is to motivate students through the advice they need.

During the meeting, it was announced that the rector will organize a "Job Fair" for graduates of financial institutions. At the fair, students will have the opportunity to work for Artel company.
