Great attention is paid to youth problems in our country, in particular, their employment. In this task, all higher education institutions have prioritized the employment of young people entering the labor market for the first time.

     Nowadays Tashkent Institute of Finance is the main higher education institution in the field of economy training not only in Uzbekistan, but in Central Asia. On February 14, Tashkent Institute of Finance organised job fair “Career Days” together with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the participation of secondary special vocational education institutions, associations

     The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of Uzsanoatqurilish - Ulugbek Tavakkalov, Head of Personnel Department of the Ministry of Finance - Nurmatov Botir Erkinovich, Head of the department of Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Fazliddin Ulugbekovich Saydaliev, Head of Strategic Development Department of Mortgage Bank-Rakhmonov Tohirjon Ziyatovich informed the graduate students about the current requirements and requirements for employment.

     More than 968 students graduated from 6 faculties of the Institute this year and are ready to work in different sectors of the economy.

     The Institute's executives, who believe that the next five to 10 years will be one of the key tasks in training for the current labor market, will wish these “Career Days” to be another successful step in the future professional development of graduate students.
