UNCOMPROMISING ATTITUDE TOWARDS CORRUPTION
On December 9 of this year, on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, the department of “Management and Marketing” and the department of the “Compliance - Control” system on combating corruption organized a round table on the topic “Uncompromising attitude towards corruption”, organized for students of economics faculty of academic groups IM-80, IM-81 and IM-82i. At this event took part Lieutenant Colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Political Sciences, head of the department of “Special Professional Disciplines”, Associate Professor Farkhod Fakhritdinovich Khatamov, senior lecturer of the department of “Special Professional Disciplines” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Lieutenant Colonel Furqat Khidirov, professor-teachers of the department of “Management and Marketing” Allayarov Shamsiddin Amanullaevich, Achilova Shirin Shavkatovna, Sobirjonov Sanjar Sobirjhonovich and the head of the department of the compliance control system on combating corruption Darveshov Sardor Rustamovich and Bolibekov Shahboz Bahadirovich.
During the event, Allayarov Shamsiddin Amanullayevich spoke about anti-corruption measures in our country, including laws adopted, state policy to combat corruption, situations that can cause corruption and ways to eliminate them.
Also, Khatamov Farkhod Fakhritdinovich gave detailed concepts about penalties for corruption offenses, conflicts of interest, as well as existing norms of international and national legislation.
In particular, Furqat Khidirov presented the consequences of corruption offenses, the rules of professional ethics of civil servants, conflicts of interest and its elimination.
At the end of the event, students received detailed answers to questions. The round table served to develop students' immunity to the fight against corruption and further enrich their knowledge about moral qualities in the fight against corruption.
