Issues were discussed at the meeting related to the training of modern personnel for the banking system, effective organization of practice and internship of students in the Central Bank and commercial banks, and implementation of scientific and innovative developments in the banking sector.

N. Oblomurodov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of the Tashkent Institute of Finance, A. Kamalov, deputy chairman of the Central Bank, U. Nasirov, deputy chairman of the Central Bank, and U. Mirkhodjayev, deputy director of the Department of Human Resources Management took part in the meeting. 

Participants of the final stage of bachelor's and master's degree students of the Tashkent Institute of Finance in the "Central Bank Special Scholarship" program, the conditions created for young people at the Central Bank, the seminars and trainings planned in the 2023-2024 academic year for students were discussed at this meeting.

This program aims to train personnel in a targeted way from the student period and to encourage them to increase their knowledge of macroeconomic policy and the activities of the Central Bank, and then allow them to get a job at the Central Bank.
