Professors and teachers of the department aimed at forming high spiritual and moral qualities of young students, loyalty to the motherland, and love for national and universal values. based on 5 important initiatives for meaningful organization of time, they have been organizing comprehensive spiritual and educational events, roundtable discussions.

Also, within the framework of "Department Weeks" aimed at meaningfully spending free time of students from classes, various spiritual and educational events are held in student residences. "Poetry Speaks", "Youth Supporter of Healthy Living", "Corrupt Development Challenge" and a number of other topics were among the important topics of the department. In the department, professors and teachers are assigned to the requirements based on the student-student system. On the basis of their coaching plans, they conduct debate lectures in the "Information and Coaching" hours on topics aimed at raising the morale of young people, organize joint visits with students to Tashkent city and the interesting places of our Republic.
