Associate Professor of the Department of Finance Yelena Anvarovna Akhunova has developed an electronic textbook “Finance. Module 1. Theoretical foundations”, intended for undergraduate students of various fields of study. The electronic textbook has been prepared in accordance with the curricula of various areas of undergraduate study, the curriculum and syllabus in the discipline “Finance”.

The electronic textbook consists of 12 chapters corresponding to 12 themes of Module 1 of the academic discipline “Finance”:

• “Financial Planning and Forecasting”;
• “Financial Control”;
• “State Budget”;
• “State Trust Funds”;
• “State Loan”;

• “International Finance”.

The electronic textbook presents the theoretical, organizational, and legal framework for the functioning of various areas of finance, and gives tasks for expanding and deepening theoretical knowledge based on an in-depth study of educational and scientific literature, statistical and practical data. Control questions, case study assignments, tests, and crosswords are given to monitor the level of acquisition of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
