Concerning to the reinstatement and transfer of student education

Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education launched a system of online applications of reinstatement and transfer of student education through http://transfer.edu.uz in order to create additional convenience for citizens in the autumn semester of 2020-2021 academic year in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that applications for reinstatement and transfer of students in higher education institutions in the autumn semester takes place every year from July 15 to August 5 in accordance with the Regulation № 393 "On the procedure for transfer, reinstatement and expulsion of students from higher education institutions" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2017.

We remind you that citizens must apply online for the reinstatement and transfer of education in the autumn semester through the website http://transfer.edu.uz.
