On December 1 of this year, the department of “compliance control” management of the anti-corruption system and the department of “Management and Marketing” organized a round table on the topic “Corruption is harmful for the development”.

At this event, the head of the “Special Professional Sciences” department of the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, lieutenant colonel, doctor of political sciences, associate professor spoke at this event. Khatamov Farkhod Fakhritdinovich, Associate Professor of the Department of Advanced Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel Gozibekov Tulkin Khabibullaevich, Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing Allayarov Shamsiddin Amanullaevich, and Head of the Department of Management Anti-Corruption System “Compliance Control” Darveshov Sardor Rustamovich took part.

During the event, Shamsiddin Amanullaevich Allayarov reported on the formation of a culture of zero tolerance towards corruption among young people, the formation of a new subject at the Department of Management and Marketing, “Managing corruption risks and developing behavior against it,” and teaching it as an elective subject. And he emphasized that in the future it would be advisable to begin teaching this subject as the main one in all educational areas of the institute.

Khatamov Farkhod Fakhritdinovich also carries out operational investigative activities on crimes related to corruption, inquiry, investigation and preliminary investigation, collection and analysis of information on the state of corruption and the results of the fight against corruption. relevant government bodies, as well as the implementation and coordination of legal advocacy activities aimed at increasing legal awareness, legal culture and strengthening legitimacy among the population.

In addition to this, Gozibekov Tulkin Habibullaevich told about the powers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of combating corruption, the main directions of state policy in the field of combating corruption, the activities of state bodies carried out activities to combat corruption.

At the end of the event, students received detailed answers to their questions. The event served to build students' immunity to the fight against corruption and further enrich their knowledge about moral qualities in the fight against corruption.
