On May 26 of this year, the Department of "Higher and Applied Mathematics" and the Department of Management of the Anti-Corruption "Compliance Control" System of the Institute held a roundtable discussion for the 1st-year students of the Institute on the topic "Corruption-the nation's factory".

First, associate professor of the department I.Mamurov made an introduction and introduced the guest invited to today's roundtable discussion - professor of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, colonel Sh.R. Kabilov and gave him a speech. Sh. In his report, Kabilov cited statistical data on corruption and its negative consequences in the country's economy. The fact that corruption is the bane of any nation and society has been substantiated with the help of numbers and facts.

S. Darvishov, the head of the department of management of the "Compliance control" system of combating corruption, spoke at the roundtable and talked about the work of the department he heads at the institute.

The roundtable discussion aroused great interest among the students, and the opinions expressed by them were also discussed. At the end of the discussion, Colonel Sh. Kabilov presented books to active students.
