On August 4, 2023, a training seminar was held at the Uzagrosugurta company on the topic “Problems of the development of agricultural insurance in Uzbekistan and tasks for the future”.


 

The training seminar was opened by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of this company B.Akhadov with an introductory speech and spoke about the importance of today's event. Responsible employees of the central office of the company "Uzagrosugurta", directors of the company's branches in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent took part in the training seminar.



 

At the event, the head of the department "Insurance and pension business" of the Tashkent Financial Institute, Doctor of Economics, Professor Shennaev Kh.M. made a report on the role of agriculture in the country's economy and the state of development of insurance relations in this area. In the report, presented in the form of a presentation, Shennaev Kh.M. outlined the problems arising in the implementation of agricultural insurance, and his proposals for their solution.



 

At the end of the event, Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Uzagrosugurt" B. Ahadov spoke, who noted that the training seminar was useful for the company's employees and cooperation with the Tashkent Financial Institute in this direction will be continued.
