On June 8, 2023  the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Ibrahim Abdurahmanov got acquainted with the work being carried out in the Tashkent Institute of Finance regarding renewable energy sources, in particular, the use of solar panels at the institute.

A presentation was made to the minister about the installation of 550 kW solar panels in the main educational buildings of the Tashkent Institute of Finance and 200 kW solar panels in the building of student residence No. 2, totaling 750 kW. Information was also provided about the installation of 200 kW solar panels in the area of the academic lyceum under the institute. It was noted that the solar panels being installed on the territory of the academic lyceum are expected to be completed by July of this year.

After that, the minister inspected the educational building with 1,200 seats, the conditions created for students, and the operation of the modern information and resource center in this building.

He also got acquainted with the creative exhibition of the artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, professor Ortiqali Qazokov, which was organized at the institute in order to increase the creative potential of students and employees and to develop creativity.
