The roundtable discussion on the theme “We support the Protection of Women from Oppression and violence!” was organized at the Tashkent Institute of Finance in the framework of the campaign “We are against Violence” being held on the occasion of “November 25 — International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women”





The event was organized by the Women's Council of the Institute. Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Tashkent State University of Law F.Mukhitdinova, First Deputy Head of Yunusabad District Mahalla and Family Support Department Sh.Ibragimova, Senior Inspector for Women's Affairs, Yunusabad District Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Crime Prevention, Lieutenant Colonel Sh.Abzalova, Senior Lieutenant E.Saparova, Chief Specialist of Yunusabad district of the Committee for Religious Affairs Sh.Jumaev took part in the work of roundtable and shared their valuable opinions on how to further improve the system of women protection against violence.








The participants exchanged views on issues such as enhancing the dignity of women in the family and society, prevention of oppression and violence against them in educational institutions, the status of men and women in Islam, the legal protection of women's interests in our country.

The event was attended by students of the Faculty of “Budget Accounting and Treasury” and a group of women activists of the district.
