On May 4, 2023, at the initiative of the Department of Insurance and Pensions, a training seminar was organized at the Temir-Yo‘l sug‘urta insurance company for 3rd year students of the SS-30 group of the Faculty of Taxes and Insurance.

Before the start of the seminar-training, an excursion was organized for students, where they got acquainted with the process of organizing work in the relevant divisions and departments of the company.

At the same time, the responsible employees of the company provided the students with detailed information about the tasks facing each structure and the organization of labor activity.

The General Manager of the Compulsory Insurance Department of the insurance company “Temir-yo‘l sug‘urta” O.A.Dzhamirzaev presented to the students a presentation on the main activities of the company. The presentation was met with great interest by the students.

Associate professors of the department "Insurance and pension business" of the Tashkent Financial Institute Sh. Zakirkhodzhaeva and N. Yakubova took part in the training seminar.

At the end of the training seminar, Temir-yo‘l sug‘urta announced that it was ready to accept students from the Tashkent Financial Institute for internships and, most importantly, employment.

The Department of Insurance and Pension Business will continue to organize field training sessions, training seminars in other partner insurance companies in order to fulfill the tasks defined in the policy to improve the quality of education in 2023.
