The conference was opened by vice Rector of Institute on scientific affairs and innovations, J.Karimkulov. Head of department of Central bank of Republic of Uzbekistan - F.M.Botirov, Director General of Republican Currency Exchange of Uzbekistan - R.R.Usmanov, Head of department “Khalk banki” - S.S.Bo'stonov, Head of department of Banking and Finance Academy of Republic of Uzbekistan - professor Dodiev, professor of "Banking" department - T.I.Bobakulov and Head of "Banking" department - A.A.Omonov made lectures on actual issues of Uzbek banking system. Also professors, researchers, specialists from commercial banks and students were actively participated in this conference.

At the conference many practical proposals and recommendations were developed on ensuring the stability of banking system and increasing popularity of services in our country. In particular, recommendations were given for providing stable growth of assets, loans and capital of banking system relative to GDP of country, sharply reducing state share in the capital of banks, expanding investment in highly liquid securities in the structure of banking assets as well as reducing transformation risk level in commercial banks.
