Talented students are identified in the department from the first courses of the undergraduate education course 60411500 - Business analysis, and work is carried out according to the plan.
    In order to work with talented students, the activity of the scientific circle "Young Analyst" has been launched. The department prepares talented students for international and republican science olympiads, conducts scientific research with them. Mature, experienced professors are attached to them to participate in conferences with theses.
    In particular, the International Online Olympiad was organized at Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov on International Standards of Financial Reporting, and about 20 students of Tashkent Financial Institute participated in it. According to the result, Yusupova Marjona Alti's daughter, Turgunpolatov Jamshid Khusnidin's son, Babadjanov Bakhodir Bakhtiyarovich won the 2nd place (scientific supervisor Z. Sagdillaeva), Ubaidullaev Bekzodjon Dilmurodovich won the 3rd place (scientific supervisor Z. Sagdillaeva), Kholmukhammedov Azizjon Rustamdjon won the 3rd place (scientific supervisor Z. Sagdillaeva). son took 2nd place (scientific leader U.Yakubov).
    In addition, active participation of talented students in international and republican conferences is ensured. At the international conference (I Mejdunarodnoy nauchno-prakticheskoy konferentsii "Sovremennye problemy obespecheniya ekonomicheskoy bezopasnosti") organized at the Belarusian State University in 2023, under the leadership of U. Yakubov, students of the Faculty of Finance and Economics Ibrahim Mingboyev, Javahirkhan Anvarov "ECONOMIC SECURITY IN THE REGION: ITS ECONOMIC ESSENCE AND NEED" FOR STRENGTHENING", Kuvatov Khirotbek participated with theses "Ekonomicheskaya bezopasnost organizatsii: teoriya i praktika obespecheniya" and was awarded in the nomination "Author of a good thesis".
    Muhamedova Shahlo Dilmurod girl (DMXM-3k) under the leadership of associate professor of the department G. Ibragimov, Abdug'anieva Khumora Bakhtiyor girl (DMXM-3) under the leadership of professor U. Yakubov participated in several international and national conferences.
