On December 6, 2019, a joint practical lesson on the topic “Local budget” for 3rd year students of the IKM-71 group of the Faculty of Ecomomics in the Yunusabad Financial Department with the participation of senior Department of "Public Finance" D.Tadzhibekova and specialists of the Finance Department was organized.

 The purpose of the demo lesson was to familiarize students with the main sources of the formation and use of local budgets in the Republic of Uzbekistan using the example of the local budget of the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.

 A.Tulaganov acquainted students with the composition and structure of the local budget of the Yunusabad district of Tashkent. Local budgets are a part of the state budget that forms the relevant provincial, district, city funds.

 Local budgets provide for revenue sources, as well as directions and amounts of funds allocated for specific purposes during the fiscal year.

At the expense of local budgets, financing of science, education, culture, health, physical education and sports, social security, activities of local authorities, implementation of targeted programs and measures for the development of economic sectors and other activities will be financed in accordance with the legislation.

 During the lesson A.Tulaganov worked with students using handouts and answered their questions.
